This cutting-edge equipment provides a great way for riders to travel faster, farther, and more comfortably than ever before. Certain trails and weather conditions call for different tire pressures. A lot of folks like to drop their tire pressure slightly to achieve more grip on muddy trails and raise it for fast rocky tracks or jump sessions. This was one of the only things that I was skeptical about when purchasing the Hyper MTB Ebike. I had not hyper mountain bike used a pedal assist Ebike and so I wasn’t sure just how much effort would be required from me as the rider. It’s not that I am a lazy person, it’s more that I was considering how I planned to use this bike.
In terms of the 20 mile claim, we were able to easily accomplish this in city streets with minimal inclines. For an off road test I took the Hyper MTB Ebike to a local park wth 14 miles of easy – difficult trails. With the bike on the Medium setting, I was able to make it all the way through with the trail system with a little bit left in the tank. Overall I would have to say I am not only happy with the performance but also happy to see the product description live up to it’s real world use.
Vital didn’t seem to like it, but I swear mine (granted, unlocked, no top speed cap either) is within a breath of being as powerful as a Shimano. I don’t know how accurate the display is, but in B mode I can get it to output a reported 580 watts until the battery hits 20%. None the less, the integrated display is a cool concept, but this design is a bit bulky. My bf got mad at me for buying it, cuz he wanted to get him something else.

Both the Hyper eBikes and standard bikes are sold exclusively at Walmart so, you can do your searching on their website or Walmart’s website. Both sites will have full product details and descriptions as well as a ton of images of each bike. In total, four models complete the range, each with seamless power transmitted to the rear wheel via a 12-speed drivetrain, SRAM electronic XX Eagle AXS on Extreme models, and SRAM mechanical GX Eagle on Sport models. Proceed to carefully pull the bike out of the box and cut off and remove all the plastic safety caps and cardboard around it. While bike shops are often the best source of information for most hyper mountain bike things MTB-related, this was clearly a misspoke notion.
