OZARK TRAIL COMMERCIAL WHITE CANOPY TOP Eagle Peak Canopy and Outdoor Products

Leave home without it, you are better off with a blanket. It leaks.3rd time out (no rain or wind) broke the rear locker rod and 1 main pole on the 2nd day of a 3 day trip . It seems as if they just shattered.Very disappointed. I purchased this tent to replace one that I bought in April for my cub scout. The first one worked two times and I thought my boys must have damaged the tent — broken poles.

The fly is equally simple to attach and orient with color-coded clips. A single person can pitch the tent in 10 to 15 minutes. This type of pole tends to be less flexible and bulkier than pricier aluminum, and it can be a pain to handle.

Like most dome-style tents, the Wireless 6 withstands wind like a champ—it fared noticeably better than the Camp Creek 6 in 15-mph gusts. The continuous ozark trail chair curve of the dome shape allows for wind to pass over and around it. You can also get a nice cross breeze going by leaving the vestibules open.

Won’t endorse this tent nor will i buy one like it to replace it. I’m going to take it back and look somewhere else. I explained for the same price I could buy another tent for my cub scout at that price and there reply was (yes you could) and she said ozark trail canopy that there was nothing they could do. So I called Walmart talked to them and they offered to replace it. I called Ozark and explained what I thought my boys did. They said that they have replacement poles and the cost would be $34 plus shipping.

These push locks get very difficult to use over time, especially if the tent is used on the beach and exposed to sand and saltwater, causing rust build up. Many newer tent brands like EZ-Up use revolutionary thumb lock sliders or larger easy to release buttons, which are a much better user experience when setting the canopy up or taking it down. With the push buttons you need to worry about pinching fingers or not being able to release the button when it gets rusted, which is never a pleasant experience. The legs extend to give the top peak a height of about 8’10” which will be plenty of headroom for anyone underneath. Its walls are 75-denier polyester fabric (tougher than the Wireless 6’s 68-denier polyester and the same as the REI Co-op Base Camp’s) that extends about two-thirds up the tent’s sides, and then is topped with mesh. The partial fly does a great job of keeping rain out of the upper, mesh areas, and cleverly placed vents maintain airflow so it never feels too stuffy.

You’ll be able to comfortably fit up to 4 chairs underneath the 64 sq. The benefit of the slanted legs is that these tents are more stable laterally which can increase the stability of the frame and make it less prone to toppling, an important benefit if on a windy beach. Although we always recommend using anchors such as weighted sand bag or stakes with guy lines attached to the top corners. The biggest issue in all of this is the inability to withstand any rotational pressure during medium and high impact weather conditions as the joints become unstable and collapse at the mid points. In windy conditions high stress is applied to each side and the frame begins to break down at the unreinforced joint connectors.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN ON PALLETS. This tent is ok…I bought with the money that I had saved up and I really wanted a cool looking tent. I think that this 35 dollar tent could ozark trail chair outlast the expensive ones. Mine is red and black and the rainfly covers everything except for a tiny place to get in. I had bought this tent thinking it was going to be dry, man was I wrong.

Good thing we are all troopers and we didn’t let your HORRIBLE product ruin our trip. Buy a couple of tarps…because you will need them.If and when I buy a new tent, I will go with Ozark again, and will not buy it from walmart….if you watch a doc. Called “Walmart, the high cost of low prices” it will explain to you why the product there is so cheap. There was a breeze so I put bricks around the edge, and the rain tarp didn’t cover the whole of the window like it was supposed to, but that was it was a little hard to set up so it was understandable. It worked well that night and I got some rain in but nothing serious.
