On the return journey of second trip the suitcase was open at baggage reclaim. The zip was open and side of the case was sliced open ever so slightly. I am frequently traveller and certainly this was totally unexpected. I will make arrangements to return this suitcase but I expect a better product if I am to maintain any trust in American Tourister.
