Ozark Trail Screen House Tent, Blue, 13ft x 9ft x 84in

I contacted Wal-Mart (1-800-WALMART) to see where I could get a replacement pole for the tent. They are idiots and seemed like they didn’t want to help me by supplying me with the manufacturer’s phone number. Absolutely no offer to resolve the issue. Absolutely no apology for the poor quality of the product. When I got the thing home and deboxed it, the reality began to set in.

To make matters worse, sometimes I’m so ashamed of the purchase that I can’t even bring myself to return it. Find the best hiking/camping product for your next outdoor adventure using our independent reviews and ratings. Trailspace’s community of gear reviewers has field-tested and rated the top tents and shelters. My experience with Ozark Trail equipment has been to reinforce the old adage “you get what you pay for”. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good screen house spend the additional money and get a Swiss Gear. Don’t try to save a few dollars and end up with a POS like this one.

Some middle sections fell out but I had a standing frame of sorts, swaying and wobbling. If anyone has a hub gable or #1 Roof pole, I would be interested in buying those parts. I ozark trail screen house loved the size of this screen house but after a few uses, the 4-way hub gable cracked and a couple of the curved roof poles bent a little. The screen is great for nice weather.

The were never opened by the seller. We have only been using one since. After a pretty bad storm at the beach, ozark trail canopy a few of the poles broke…so we are moving onto the next new one and selling the first for parts.

Great product, however, like everyone else, unable to locate replacement parts. I have lost the instructions and the list of parts to the Screen House. I was wondering if anyone can email me the instructions and List of parts.

I would appreciate any help I can get. This still has a lot of life left in it and I would love to be able to fix it.
