Your refund will be done with 30 days of receipt of returned goods and will not be done until the goods are received and inspected. Faulty items are then forwarded onto the suppliers to confirm the warranty issue. Please be patient with us as we need to receive this confirmation from the suppliers before we can process your request for a replacement/refund. Please allow a minimum of 15 working days from receipt of returned item(s) for repair/replacement under warranty. This means we will special order the items from our supplier which usually leaves within 7 days. If you are intending to use finance as your payment option, please note we will only ship your order to your billing address, and not to an alternative delivery address. As a retailer that sells new Electrical and Electronic products we will take back old items, provided it is a like-for-like replacement when you buy a new product from us. We will then responsibly dispose of the old product ensuring that it doesn’t end up in landfill. Item/s must be returned in the original packaging (in a resaleable condition), unused and unopened within 14-days of notification to cancel.
