The hubs break and the legpoles bend beyond repair. We love the size of the tent and we used it for a week with no problems. The second time we set it up one of the poles snapped and now I can’t find where I can get replacement poles. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I called to get a replacement and the customer service person I talked to was awesome! She guided me through until I was able to find ozark trail canopy the correct serial number for the part and sent it to me right away. We set it up one day, and by the next day or so it was down.
Great product, however, like everyone else, unable to locate replacement parts. I need to replace the center hub (CTRH-02) since this broke while I was using it. This still has a lot of life left in it and I would love to be able to fix it. We have the majority of the parts, including the screen room still intact.
Got this tent as a father’s day gift. Decided to use it to go camping with my fiance and we were going to set up before we went. The screen tent came with missing and broken ozark trail screen house parts. Their solution was for me to pay for replacements out of pocket. No apology, no offer for a resolution. The product is garbage and the customer service is worse.
I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good screen house spend the additional money and get a Swiss Gear. Don’t try to save a few dollars and end up with a POS like this one.
