A friend kept sharing her deals so I had to start following and I’m so glad I did. I have been able to purchase so many items at great prices because of her posts. She is great about commenting back to questions or even just saying thanks to people who let her know they picked up an item she posted! After setting it up, it seems to me folks just don’t know how to exercise a little common sense and patience.
The overall construction is about what you expect for the price. Got one of these out of a storage unit at auction. Obviously used, but in good shape. Without instructions, it took me about 30 minutes to put it together and get it erected, by myself. Just had to comment after reading these old reviews of folks who couldn’t seem to set it up without either A.
For the moment, my dream of an extra room in the back yard has come true. Wish me luck putting it up at the wedding. I purchased this Screen House ozark trail chairs two years ago. It goes up OK, poles have color coded stickers on them. Been through several severe storms while camping with no issues.
All come with the original bag that still looks new.
Great product, however, like everyone else, unable to locate replacement parts. I need to replace the center hub (CTRH-02) since this broke while I was using ozark trail canopy it. This still has a lot of life left in it and I would love to be able to fix it. We have the majority of the parts, including the screen room still intact.
I called to get a replacement and the customer service person I talked to was awesome! She guided me through until I was able to find ozark trail chairs the correct serial number for the part and sent it to me right away. We set it up one day, and by the next day or so it was down.
