However, we think the Mac Sport’s much larger internal space—6.7 cubic feet, compared with the Seina’s 3.6 feet—is worth the higher price. The TikTok version of the chair is adorably summer-themed, featuring ozark trail screen house nostalgia-inducing red, white, and blue popsicle designs all over the seat. There’s a cupholder on the right arm and a built-in cooler on the left that can hold a six-pack of drinks (or more, if you dare).
And you have to make sure that the zipper is closed well and also sprayed with a water repellent. But unfortunately, they are many morons out there that don’t ozark trail sun shelter know the first thing about camping. I have the JW-7607 which is a 2-3 (read that as two) person tent. I have had it for years and am thrilled with it.
I think I will go shopping this week for another tent that I feel better about. Otherwise I like the tent but do not trust it to hold up in severe conditions. I actually made a great video that shows you how to set up the Ozark Trail instant sun shelter. Sometimes it’s easier to watch someone set it up and talk about it, rather than read a review.
We are adding all kinds of great carnivorous plant content. Go check it out and see if there is anything you like. We also plan on using this at football games in the fall. It’s often raining and it seems like this will also make a great shelter out of the rain. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it beats sitting in the actual rain trying to control an umbrella. You unfold all the poles and make sure to extend them out.
It is easy to set up and take down, and I loved the fact that it has three windows for lots of circulation in the heat and humidity. The first time I got it set up was about that same day. My parents decided to do it and the setup was decent.
The only place I put up the tent was in the backyard. We must have had some wind but not tornado force/ hurricane force winds. I have block walls all around the property.
The flooring is especially not cut square. Find the best hiking/camping product for your next outdoor adventure using our independent reviews and ratings. My Ozark tent was set up in my wooded acerage all summer long. I was so pleased with the quality that I upgraded and bought a bigger Ozark tent. I am very pleased with the quality of these tents.
One person needs to be inside to help hoist up the tent and hold it in place while you force the poles into the ring-&-pin holders. The netting has many flaws in it (not a nice smooth texture as in better quality tents). I guess if you have kids that want to play in it, it would be fine. The first one I set up was in the fall (supposed to be a 3-season). It snowed a few inches and it completely caved in breaking all the shock-corded fiber glass poles. Even when you set it up you can actually hear the poles crackling.
I can fit six people in with guyer plus the front side zipper pockets are helpful. I got this tent several years ago on short notice and needed in a pinch for a car camping trip. In many places the stitching is missing and in other places it looks like the machine sewing it got stuck in the same place which put a gob of thread in one area. Long threads were left hanging all over the inside of the tent. There are also many long threads around the zippers so if you do not cut them off they get stuck in the zipper! It is impossible to get it nice and square so that it is pulled taught so that rain will flow off of it instead of pooling in pockets.
