Our high-quality tires are made to give you a smooth ride thru the city. The suspension fork absorbs shock to keep the ride comfortable. Other bikes might have the specificity to perform better in a single one of these uses, but very few bikes would be able to perform as well as the Croix de Fer in all of them. It is the combination of a vast array of mounts, a robust steel frame and wide tyre clearances that allow this bike to be such a jack of all trades. The Vapour is Genesis’ CX race machine and there are three models available (10, 20 and 30).
For commuters and city-dwellers, Genesis has several bikes to choose from. Genesis has a lot of bikes in its ‘other’ category, so we’ve broken them down into Adventure, Cyclocross and Urban. Let me end this with that fact that the Incline was a good $75 cheaper, and offers an awesome bang for the buck! It would be awesome for someone that wants to get started, but knows they will get a completely different bike down the road, and doesn’t want to upgrade it. For the price, the Boundary obviously has higher quality then it probably should! It was sub $200 and offered a lot for the price, as we will talk about here in a moment. There was a lot to like about the Genesis Incline, including the price, its suspension and even the styling, let’s take a look at everything more in depth here. The Genesis Incline is the bike I have the most experience with between the two bicycles, as I ended up with the Schwinn around the time the snow began to fly, and the cold moved in.
It means less shifting, less weight (due to lack of front gears). As I mentioned with the Incline, the Boundary has this functionality. I don’t have to worry about destroying the frame of my bike if I hit the derailleur. Twist shifters tend to be a quick and easy way to tell the quality of a bike.
The aluminum structure of the whole body is lighter in weight, which makes it suitable for the first mountain bike. A total of 21 gears, whether climbing or road driving, is enough to use. In low gears, you can ride leisurely and watch the scenery along the way.
The Genesis™ bicycle rack features concentric rings that park bikes safely and securely. The Genesis™ offers two contact points, at front and rear, for locking. The unique design of the Genesis™ is both visually appealing and able to provide double the parking space of genesis bicycles typical serpentine racks.. As with the Day One, there are mudguards, rear pannier rack, and an internally geared rear hub for all weather dependability. These are the dedicated carbon race bikes, as ridden by the (now disbanded) UCI continental team Madison Genesis.
The Tour de Fer is a steel touring-specific bike with a longer, stable wheelbase, and comes complete with mudguards and racks. The Genesis Tarn is a steel-framed short-travel hardtail with 120mm travel and 27.5in wheels, and is equipped with Maxxis Rekon tyres. Genesis produces bikes for all cycling disciplines, including road, mountain, cyclocross, gravel/adventure and commuting.
