I had purchased the item about eight months before getting to use it. Customer service stated that it was past the point where the purchase populated in their system. Eventually they gave in and provided store credit. In theory this item has a one year warranty.

I don’t see why you would spend more money on the more expensive sun shades, when the Ozark Trail did such a great job. We also plan on using this at football games in the fall. It’s often raining and it seems like this will also make a great shelter out of the rain. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it beats sitting in the actual rain trying to control an umbrella. It kept anyone out of the sun who chose to be that day.

The included carrying bag does not have wheels to aid in transportation, but at only 29 lbs. We don’t find that to be a noteworthy drawback as the nylon handles and shoulder strap work just fine in carrying the tent.
