When inflated, the frame gives the bed a substantial look worthy of a temporary set-up in a small guest room. It should be noted that this mattress may move a little bit under shifting weight, and it has the potential to lose some air overnight. In terms of comfort, this mattress bestway twin air mattress has a flocked surface but it wasn’t as plush as other options we tested. In fact, the mattress was in pristine condition after our testing, and we liked the fact that the storage bag includes handles to make it easier to tote the mattress from one location to another.
We thought it was durable enough for indoor and outdoor use and it has desirable options, like a built-in pump and extra height for more cushion when sleeping on hard surfaces. We found it well-designed, comfortable, and durable, so we gave it full marks for each of these attributes. We did note that this air mattress wasn’t as stable during our testing process, moving an inch or two when we jumped onto it.

As with all air mattresses, there is some creaking and jiggling, which is more noticeable with two sleepers. It was sometimes cumbersome to pull the cord out of its internal storage cup (which unlike our runner-up, doesn’t have a lid) and plug it into the wall. When it came time to pack it all up, I struggled to cram the mattress back into the included nylon bag, but other testers didn’t have an issue with this.
